Shipping & Returns Policy

 

We aim to ship all  orders received via email within 15 working days. However, some of our items are bespoke and are made to order and will therefore have a longer lead time. We will however confirm your order and advise you of an approximate lead time for these items.

 

Our cushions are sent without cushion inserts due to the cost of shipping, however, we are more than happy to send them with inserts for an additional delivery charge.

 

Kokosonto does not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs. These are the responsibility of the customer

 

Returns

 

If you are not happy with your purchase, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt of our delivery provided they are returned with their labels on, in the original packaging (or equivalent standard) and undamaged. All parcels are sent back at the customer’s own risk. We would advise using special delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. A full refund, less postage will then be made within 14 days via the original method of payment.

 

Bespoke items

 

Only bespoke and made to order items that are faulty or damaged can be returned, unless written confirmation has been received from Kokosonto prior to ordering that a return would be accepted should your bespoke item not be suitable. The cost of returning your bespoke item to us is the responsibility of the customer, and the item must be sent in its original packaging (or equivalent).  All parcels are sent back at the customer’s own risk. We would advise using special delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. A full refund, less postage will then be made within 14 days via the original method of payment.
